FS Manager has been a very valuable tool for us, enabling us to get real-time information.
FS Manager's timely financial figures help me and my FNS leadership staff stay accountable and react to changes. It also helps us look into the future months to see what we can and cannot afford in our current year's budget.

FS Manager has enabled me to see our entire financial status on a month-by-month basis in real time. I can see which schools are struggling and need my attention, along with which ones are profitable.
My goal is to train our Kitchen Managers to do the best job possible. By empowering them to track their own daily sales and labor information, they are incredibly aware of their site's financial status. They can see on a daily basis the impact additional sales make along with how adding extra time affects their meals per labor hour and labor %. They love being able to improve month-by-month and embrace the empowerment this program provides them.
